Down Payment Assistance Information

Congratulations!  You have decided to purchase a home, or are thinking about buying one.  You'll be joining the ranks of thousands of families who realize that home ownership offers a number of benefits including building equity, saving for the future, and creating an environment for your family.

Please click on the link below and complete the form to receive information on Down Payment Assistance Programs.  If you can qualify for a mortgage, but don't have a down payment there is help available.  The funds are a gift; you never have to repay them.  Some programs may require you take a Homebuyer's Course (which can usually be done online), and that's it.  You may receive from 3 percent up to 10 percent of the home sales price for a down payment.  Most of the programs are geared toward first time homebuyers; but, there are some available to homebuyers who are not purchasing their first home.
